Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return and Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, which include but are not limited to lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, and adult toys, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, all intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear, and sleepwear, as well as adult toys, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the package has been opened or used.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at support@intoyu.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Unopened and Unused Items: If you wish to return an unopened and unused item for reasons other than defect or damage, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging and condition. Please contact our customer support team at support@intoyu.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused by us.
